Flour/dough sticking to my hands...

What's the best way to keep flour or dough from sticking to my hands while kneading? So far I've tried shortening and butter but they change the flavor of the recipe a bit and wear off after about 12 minutes or so.

I think many of the mylot members are working for full time now and are helping in making mylot grow and we can definitely see mylot grow very fast in coming months for sure
