of course we're becoming more vain!
Society, the media and Hollywood is making us that way!
Everything is about how good you look - just look at how popular plastic surgery has become in the last few years!
It used to be unheard of and now it's avaiable for just about anyone to get!

I think that physical appearance is not vanity. It's God's grace. Every human being must enjoy it and praise God for it. The vanity is, if their think that it will be eternity and never change.
Enjoy the grace of God but do not worship it. Just worship God.

as they say first impression is last impression. u can sell bad things inside an attractive rapping. today is the world of marketing. but when u involve with sm1 in longterm realationship, u should consider one's innerself and not outside appearance

Turn on the television and count how many commercials you see for wrinkle creams, diet pills, eye lifts, exersize equipment, lip plumpers, age-defying makeup, laser hair removal, teeth whiteners, vein removal surgery, skin bronzing and even hair dye that covers the grey because HEAVEN FORBID anyone looks like they're getting older.
Tivo is the best thing I've ever gotten in my entire life. I never agian have to watch one of those commercials again.

yes, I agree, maybe it's not right, but good-looking person could take this advange in many ways. So, people even take plastic surgery to make themselves to look more beautiful.

I seem to see that more often recently. I'm shocked to see people wearing designer clothing and then they open their mouth and nothing but filth and foul falls out. I guess it just proves you can't always judge the book by it's cover.
