risahaya 5 to 7 hrs....but if ihav time ill extend it to 10 hrs...i like to sleep cause it helps us to recover,refresh our body and mind.so if you have time sleep a lot.

and be honest!! i saw on mythbusters that while crmbled toilet paper blocks more bacteria over folded tp...the amount that gets on your hands is still pretty alarming! so remember, not only should employees wash em, but you...
