I don't use glass when brushing my teeth. I know I am not helping conserve water by doing so but I was just used to it. I use my cupped palm from the running water when I need to gargle and let the water run freely while I am brushing my teeth.
Are you like me? or you use glass when brushing your teeth.

I do not use a cup- I do as you do. I don't let the water run as I brush, though. My brush (a sonicare) is timed to run for two minutes and I turn the water off until it's done.

It's more convenient I suppose instead of using a cup which you still have to wash often. Thanks for sharing.

I dont use glass or cup too. I use my hands to cup water and most of the times turn on the faucet though Im still brushing and will not use water. Its like the water Im going to use is cleanse while letting the water runs first. Such a waster act I remember when I was renting an apartment back home and had to pay all the utility bills by myself, no choice but to do everything I can to save and that includes my brushing habit.

I guess you are right. I know it's not the smartest thing to do but still I do it. It's a habit that I learned and hard to unlearn its more convenient to me, I supposed so I can't blame you. Thanks.

I grew up using a glass or cup whenever I brushed my teeth. That's how our mother taught us. That's also the same thing our husband and I practice here in our own home now. At work, I would use my cupped palm to rinse and gargle. But sometimes, I would bring a small cup along.

Well, I understand, it depends on your habit. For me it was easier that way because I usually wash my face after brushing my teeth so a cupped palm is easier for me. thanks for sharing.

I brush twice a day. The first time I brush is in the shower. I brush again before bed. Like you, I keep the water running and use my cupped palm when I brush before bed.

It's the fastest way to do it, I guess. Thanks for sharing.
