i can give you one suggestion that i know of and that is to wash your face with water, not warm/cold, just regular temp. it helps you to stay awake.it has worked for me.
Yep! that helps. I do that when I try to wake up early like 4 a.m. At the office, i rarely feel sleepy but when i do, just have a cup of coffee or a lil stretching/exercises.
just think in ur mind that u can stay awake for longer. Even if this doesnt work wash ur face & close ur eyes for 2 minutes not for long or u will go to sleep.It will surely work My guarantee!!!!
