sun2day Drink your orange juice (vitamin C) and rest if possible. Or you can blend orange juice with aloe vera juice. Great concotion. You can give it a try, that is what I use.

sun2day I reside in an all year round warm climate. This year it is exceptionally hot here. It makes you want to head for the beach daily. I dont like it when it is so hot, I get very uncomfortable. I prefer spring weather. When it is raining it gets gloomy.
