are you unaffected in front of camera lens?

SO do i,when i was in front of the camera lens ,my face line is hard-shelled .SO all my photographs is ugly. I try to change this ,but i can't do it. who anyone has some good ideas?

As with most, I too hate having my pic taken, but do thing that my hubby takes the cake when cameras come out. As soon as a camera appears so does his hand - usually in front of his face. Don't try to be sneaky either - you seldome get away with it with him. I must say that a while back we had some professional pics taken - under threat of pain! and out of about 25 choices, all of which were family pics, or shots of 1, 2 or 3 of the kids ... when it came to choosing 1 to get printed (a free offer), I chose the one of him and me together - it really did come out looking good - well I think so anyway, and not at all like photos of me (and him) usually look. I am the same to you.I feel unaffected in front of camera lens. I love to take phones when i have a travel,but i am not beautiful in front of camera lens.It will let me feel un comfortable.It is hard for me to pose naturally in front of camera lens.I feel so sad of that.This spring festival,i have a trip with myy younger sister and we take many photos.but most of the phones is only view not the people.My moter think that it is senseless that only take photos with view.people must stand in the photo with the scenery.I know ,and i really want to have some good memory and take phones for recall.but i hate to see myself ugly in the photos.It is so unnatural. Some of my friends are natual stars.they can be natural and comfortable in front of the camera and their poses can change and change.....I admire of them so much. Sometimes,i will pose in frond of mirror to practice to pose.though it is foolish.

I am very comfortable in front of a cameras. My father is a photographer and we grew up with cameras and lenses in front of us. We have so many pictures since our childhood, that you can't finish looking at them in a day. I also have lots of ugly pictures. I used to hide them when I was younger, but now I don't care at all whether I look good or bad, what matters to me more is the memories that picture brings to me. My siblings and I acquired that hobby from my father and we are all into photography. I can say that maybe because of the frequent exposure to cameras, we learned how to be photographed nicely.

Same like u.. I will feel uneasy and uncomfortable in front of a camera.. The more i try to be natural, the worse my expression becomes.. LOL

I hate being in front of a camera, I just do not feel comfortable at all. In fact I can honestly say that there are not many photos of me at all in our house because I just cannot stand it, I cannot stand seeing myself in a photo. The only thing that bothers me about this, is that there are not going to be many photos of me for the kids when something happens to me, so I need to change this for them.

I am uncomfortable in front of the camera lens. I don't like how I look. I was better about it when I was younger. But, the older I get, the less I like my picture. Perhaps if I had a professional do my hair and make-up like the celebrities, and they could make me flawless and beautiful for each and every time I was in front of a camera, I might feel better about it then. But, I am entirely too camera shy.

I always say I am the least photogenic person on the planet! I have to take about 20 photos before I find one I am somewhat happy with. Maybe it is a matter of ease...? I have hated having my photo taken since I was a kid.

I used to be photogenic and it never bothered me what I looked like when someone was taking a photo of me. This was when I was 8, and my friend's father used to say be like her and act natural but she just couldn't. But as time has passed on and I have seen myself in some dreadful pictures I have found it harder and harder to be 'natural' and always think as they are taking the picture, I wonder how I will look. It's a shame really!
