25 cent ads!!!!

has anyone came across the site 25cents.com? its really funny there. each ad is 25-30 cents and the payout is 50 cents!!!. when we click withdraw it shows as donation as ads. sounds funny, isn't it?

I've never heard of it. Sounds scammy to me though.
