Did you receive such emails before? It said that there was a case in Taiwan, a girl was dead because she have eaten a lot of shrimps after taking Vitamin C pills. shrimp and vitamin C will produce Arsenic when they are mixed together.
I searched in the internet, some website said this viewpoint is nonsense, arsenic is a basic element and not formed by mix one thing with others.
However I know maybe it is not ture, I still pay more attention to not combine them together.
Have you received such emails? What do you think? Will you eat shrimps after taking Vitamin C in the future?

I have eaten lots of shrimp after taking multivitamins and have never been ill at all. infact Inever felt better. that is a a falsehood a legend being sent around just to upset people. It is total garbage. Shrimps are good for you and so are vitamins. Do not believe everything someone puts into an email as there are a lot of false legends being sent out that are absolutely untrue. If I got such an email I would delete it at once. it is a local legend an untruth.

I went ahead and did some searching too and honestly i didn't think this was true anyway.. I mean it would be all over the news saying not to eat this or that.. The e-mail that either you got or someone else did is nothing but a hoax to scare people here is the link to the site I found it at.. http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/shrimp.asp There you will find the information that I am talking about... People come up with things to scare people why I don't know.. Something to do I guess... By the way I love shrimp so there is no stopping me there when it comes to me eating it.. I don't though take Vitamin C pills I figure if you really want that and we all need it just eat a apple, that has alot of Vitamin C in it not to mention drink some juice orange juice that is.. There are ways around everything with out having to take a pill unless you really need them for medical reasons!!!

Hi wisconsin!
Thanks for give me the information. I agree with you. We had better not take Vitamin pills if we can get enough Vitamin from food, it is natural.
Nice to meet you!

Thank you for the best response! It's also very nice to meet you as well... But yes after reading that artical and even before hand I didn't think it was true.. It's kind of hard to have a mixture of such thing and end up dying from it.. As I stated if it were true it would be on the news not to do and more than likely all over the net when we were to look it up!

LucyZhang do not believe everhything you read as some things are written for sensationalism and not truth. no shrimps and a multi
vitamin do not cause arsenic to form. that is really a lot
of nonsense. It is not true, not true at all. use common sense, we take vitamins then eat our food, and thousands of people would die if that was true as a lot of people eat shrimp after
taking a vitamin pill. Yes of course I willeat shrimp after taking a muliti vitamin and do it over and over. do not believe
nonsense. anyone \can say anything in an email do not believe allthat crap. it is not true.

As a general rule anything that is sent around in a chain letter or a forwarding email tend to me a lie and is just to scare people. If you eat anything in excess it will kill you in the end other than that I don't believe there is any truth in the email. Just like that girl that was meant to kill me in my sleep last night, the night before and the night before that, yet I am still alive and typing. I am a great non-believer in curses and not forwarding emails etc.
