Michael Opens his Eyes!

"Michael opens his eyes and gives Carly hope! From what I see, Michael is still sent to a facility just outside of Port Chuck. But he will open his eyes first. Carly may just be a one woman fighting machine for her son as it seems everyone else has given up except her. Jason will be there to help calm Carly down. What about Jax? He should return today ane be by Carly's side but he'll try hard to get his wife to come to terms with Michael's prognosis."
Now Jax came back yesterday and I saw no sign of Mikey opening his eyes. Unless it is still to come. Not holding my breath though if he is still to be sent away and S.O.R.A.S.'ed. Will it make much difference????

Now you know that Michael won't open his eyes until the very last scene on Friday afternoon!
I think it is wonderful that Carly won't give up hope for her baby. But she does need to remember that she has another son waiting for her at home too.

I'd say have him layed up for awhile, but only like through the summer nad have him come back to life this fall. I think the aging thing this soon would be so stupid and silly and no one would "like" it. Just to soon even for the soap world! I hope Carly does fight for Michael and I hope he does "come back".

Finally they are sending him away to “age” him. I just hope they don’t bring him back too soon. I think anything short of a real time year would be too soon.
If they “age” him won’t they have to age Morgan, Kristina, and Molly (who is never seen anyway)? I mean really Kristina and Michael aren’t that far apart right?? A couple years yes but if they are bringing him back as a 20 some thing shouldn’t she be in her teens?
I love that Jax is trying to help Carly but it’s just going to make her mad and push Jax away. Maybe that’s just what’s needed!

I really wonder myself. I do like the way Carly is stubornly holding on to hope. I have known people like that. If this Michael does leave the show, I will miss his since he has been there so long. Maybe he would rather play baseball? I guess we will see soon.

He's probably going to be in a catanic Laura state til later this year when he ages. I hate this storyline! Ugh..

Anyone notice the HUGE editing blunders? Between previews and what was actually shown on Friday's episode? In the previews, he opens his eyes and still has the breathing apparatus down his throat and in Friday's epi, just the nose (oxygen thingy) which would seem to suggest that he should be breathing on his own...Hmmmm....
