Hi mylotters! I started a dicussion to talk about it is good for our health to drink water before breakfast, some friends responsed that they always drink tea instead of breakfast. I searched in the internet if it is benefit for us to drink tea ilimosis, the conclusion is that we'd better not to do that. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, although tea has a lot of profit, it doesn't adapt to everyone, especially the cool person who suffer from indigestion and stomach emptiness. If we drink tea ilimosis in the morning, it stimulates our digestive system and some materials in tea, such as caffeine and fluoride can be excessive absorption. These materials is harmful to our health. Do you have the habit to drink tea before breakfast? How do you feel? Please share with us!

There is no fluoride in tea just caffiene but the best thing is to have tea with your breakfast as tea has things in it that are really good for your health and you need food the first thing in the morning. that is why breakfast is called break=fast meaningto break your fast of the night before. so eat your breakfast for good health.

I didn't know this and no I don't drink tea before breakfast usually, unless I am sick! But I don't generally drink regular tea.. just caffeine free herbal tea on its own.

I like to drink tea or coffee with my breakfast, never on its own first thing..At the least,I'll eat some toast along with it,a muffin,or some cereal.
