I took my niece and nephew to see this movie on Tuesday and I absolutely loved it! It was excellent! They did such a great job on the animation of Alvin, Simone and Theodore. They were so extremely adorable and I found myself wishing they were real so that I could bring them home with me. I loved this movie but the only thing that I didn't like about it was the fact that they didn't have the 1980's theme song in it. Although, the movie was based on the records from the 1950's. Still, I think they should have based it on everything and had that song in there. That cartoon was really popular in the 80's and my sisters and I used to love it. I wonder if they will make a sequal? Maybe they can base that one on the cartoon...

hahaha. I only know this movie from my search fund engine. I love animated movies! if there were movie delivery to my video shop from my supplier i always try to look cartoons movies, this will be the first that i am going to watched. so far no animated movies on our file that i skip to watched.

Yap really this is a great movie... so interesting and lovely also... I really really appreciates it... and one thing... is there any movie which is similar of this movie or this type of movie? if you know... will you please give me some so that I can enjoy... thanks...

Hmmm, maybe Toy Story 1&2, Shrek 1&2, Peter Pan was great as well....

I read that they are planning on doing a sequal and bring the chipette's into it. I haven't seen the movie, and i was a little sad that the chimpmunks looked so much like actual chipmunks. Maybe it's cuz i loved the cartoon so much as a kid. Oh well....

I didn't think that they looked like actual chipmunks and I especially didn't after I seen this. Trust me, if there were chipmunks that looked that cute, I would have hundreds of them in my home

Wow, the sequal sounds awesome and that would be so cool if they brought the Chipettes into the picture. Too cool, I can't wait! I really hope they do it...

I grew up with no TV..hahahaha, I mean during my childhood, anyway, thanks for posting this SassyKittyKat, I will be looking this online to give me an idea about the movie. I can tell it is something very interesting since you even want to go home bringing them..hahhaha..I love that line! Happy posting!

No TV growing up, the horror of it . I bet you had the best fun and creative family time and the best imagination of us all too

On another note, yep, I really didwant to bring them home! I would love to have them in my home. Although, they were a little messy but I could train them to be neater LOL... Seriously, you should watch it, it's a great movie and so adorable!@checapricorn (16061)

We use to have but when we move to a remote area, in my mom's birthplace, they don't have electricity that time! hahhahaa...very sad and it was very strange! anyway, we just use to fish and collect different tropical fruits every day with my cousins and we survived! hahaha..only, we miss some shows on tv in our younger years!

My daughter is gettin the dvd of Alvin and The Chipmunks for her birthday. We have not seen it yet so can't wait for her to open it so we can watch it. I have heard alot of people think it is really good. I have always loved Alvin and can't wait to see what mischief he gets into in the movie!

I saw the movie as it came out and I can't still have enough of it, I love watching it at least once a week :))
