I own a treadmill. I think that works the best for me. Good cardio. What about you?

I haven't worked out for a long time now. But what I used to enjoy to do was the 10-lb hula hoop. I just go at it for as long as I can (20-30 minutes). We're not supposed to use it that long but I do.

I have a treadmill and an exercise bike to use. I never have the time or the energy to use them much though. My bike works best for me to lose wieght but the seat hurts my rearend LOL.

Normaly i start with some PT, and push ups after that I go for walk, I've always loved running and jogging for the same reasons, but I can no longer do either as I have Heart Disease. I can't walk fast but I can walk for miles if I have the time to, and even at my snails pace it exercises my heart also whole body. Why not you try this?

Walking actually works best for me. I have weight trained in the past. I'm not much of group sports person (as far as playing, I'm not very coordinated), so I walk. I like walking around the neighborhood and seeing what's new. I find that if I use a treadmill, stationary bike or stair stepper that I need good music to listen to or I space out and don't pay attention to what I'm doing.

I like doing Denise Austin DVD's. I am hoping to get an elliptical machine and also a Bowflex because I would like to get back into weight training. I get bored on treadmills, I like steps ok but I don't think it's cardio intensive enough, and I hate bikes- too uncomfortable...and boring...

When I am able to do so, I think walking the dog is great. My dog is able to walk 10 miles and still run back and forth in the back yard when I get home. She's just nuts! I hurt my ankle this past year. A really pathetic story. I was walking the dog and I saw a person who seemed to match the description my daughter had given me of someone who broke into my house and tried to take her away the previous year. I followed him for a couple miles as he walked to the store-what-sells-stuff-we-couldn't-buy-during-prohibition (my lot edited "lqur" as a word.. why?) and back south past our house. I seethed the whole way wondering if this was "the guy" who had come into my house. Of course, I couldn't know, so I just went home. But I had waked at a brisk pace for awhile and had developed a pain in my foot an ankle. I think it is Plantar Fashitis or something sounding like that. Inflammation of the tendons. It slowed me down a bit. It seems to take a while to recover from that. Anyway, spring is here and I hope to return to walking the dog. She does so miss it.
