Recently I received an forwarded email that described the advantage of perspiring. According to the finding, perspiration is much better compared to urination, because it is able discard toxin and heavy metal more effectively. Urination is only able to dispose limited kind of harmful substances in our body. Therefore, in order to stay healthy and away from cancer, we need to produce a liter of sweat daily. By perspiring this much everyday, all the harmful substances could be removed from our body easily, including those couldn't be disposed through urination. I am the lazy type so I seldom do exercise and I definitely do not perspire that much daily. But my body could be sweaty easily and I just need some light exercise in order to achieve the objective. So, do you exercise daily and how much do you perspire daily?

Hello dear chenogyc. I think that it is reasonable that perspiration is good for us to discard toxin and heavy metal more effectively that urination, which is also good and cannot be ignored. I seldom exercise, but I perspire easily on hot weather if I walk from place to place. In usual time, I drink a lot of tea to urinate to get rid of the unwanted stuff from my body. My doctor says to me that drinking tea and lots of water is good as well.

I am the same too, always perspire easily. The weather here is hot through out the year, and thus a brief walk from my office to the car park will make me sweaty. I perspire easily since childhood and my shirt was soaked in sweat after I was playing in the front yard. My mum have to change the shirt for me or took me for a bath frequently. Drinking tea is good and it help discarding the toxin and pollutants in our body. But according that research, sweating is much better. Thanks for your response, williamjisir!

Hi my dear friends, jisir and cheongyc. I always think that I am the only one who always sweats easily. I now come to know that three of us are in the same boat. I dislike sweating easily the most at ordinary time as it always makes my body sticky and uncomfortable. Anyhow I prefer to sweat a lot when having exercise. This might be the difference between man and woman.

That's the common problem of the modern society. Everyone seems to be tied to their job and could hardly allocate time for exercise. Actually most of us are making mistake, and we should set it as our top priority over other thing. Thefore, I am thinking of making use lunch time for exercise in the company sports complex. There are shower in the complex as well :)

Hi dear cheongyc, I did read email about this before. Actually we need to have regular exercise daily at least 30 minute to let our body to excrete the metabolic wastes from body via heavy perspiration and respiration. Yep, this is the natural and effective process to discard toxin and heavy metal from our body. I think this must be carry out in fresh air and pleasant environment. I think I could produce a liter of sweat only if I do vigorous mountain hiking at least an hour or so in the nearby mountain. I wonder whether there is any difference between perspiration due to hot weather and that due to heavy exercise. Which one is more effective to get rid of the toxin and heavy metal of our body?

You did read about the same forwarded email as well? That's a good one right? I agree with you that perspiration is the natural and most effective way of discarding metabolic wastes from our body. And also it should be done in an environment with fresh air without any pollutions. If not, we could end up inhaling more toxin than we dispose A lot of people are doing sauna and it's also makes us sweat a lot in short period of time. But I am not sure about the effect on our health is same or not. I prefer sauna because I am lazy to exercise and it helps us to perspire without moving. Thanks for responding!
