looking for good PTR and PTC sites

Hello, this is what I am hoping to find:
PTR or PTC that
*pays via alertpay or Paypal
*pays AT LEAST 1cent per click
*pays out at $1 or $3.
It is not necessary that they have paid you already- I will research them a little before signing up regardless if you say they've paid or not.
DO NOT PUT REFERRAL LINKS IN YOUR RESPONSE!!!!!!

Hi,
i have tried income bux. They are paying. they just paid me two days back. the link on my blog wont work as they have changed their domain. Its incomebux(dot)net. and u can take the referral from my blog which is listed on my profile or simply put itsmepinky as referral or my referral id. There are some more sites listed on my blog and check the banners too.
