I do every otherday.Im a hairstylist and its good to let the natural oils come out of your hair.Washing everyday can strip them.

I wash my hair daily, because it is short. I use hairgel, and if Idon't wash it, I cannot come out. I don't think there is any harm doing this. I do this already for many years

Wash the body - Wash the body daily is important..
No...Just wash thorough the hair is not a problem..But if u use the shampoo daily, it will create a problem. Dry ur hair immediately after bath otherwise headache will come.. i wash the hair daily. Once u remember this also, take Oil bath once in every week ...

no i didn't. i do it once every two days. i think it depends on your hairtype and the shampoo you use. it can make your hair really dry if you wash it everyday...

i will do it regularly. And if iam having cold then i wont do that.Its uneasy for me when iam not washing my hair.

i usually wash my hair every 2 days if i'm not mistaken, washing ur hair daily will dry your hair. something about your scalp. so i guess it's better not to wash it daily
