Does anyone else think Blackadder: Back and Forth was disappointing?

I enjoyed in the way one enjoys a schoold reunion - it is great to see all the familar faces again but it's not like it was. In the case of Back and forth it isn't funny any more. Makeing they knew thay had an eager audience who wanted "more of the same" and just provided a pastiche of their old style.
I have it as part of the box set and don't regret seeing it but I don't think I will watch it again unlike the rest of the Blackadder set.

That's the one. It was on Sky in the UK originally. I only know it because of the box set.

I saw it one time when I had rented it from Netflix as it is not available on streaming. I thought it was pretty good, but I would have preferred that they would have made it a series like the rest of them. The only one that would not go well as a series would be the Blackadder Christmas Carol one that was done between Blackadder the Third and Blackadder Goes Forth. They are all still pretty good though.
