Have you ever forged a parent's signature?

Growing up, I made sure to get my mother's signature for anything I had to turn in to school. However, when I got older, if I forgot to get something signed, I just ended up signing the thing myself and turning it in. No one ever figured it out or asked any questions about it because I was able to replicate her signature pretty well.
The only time I forged a signature without permission was in highschool. It was completely stupid. I wrote a note to leave school early with a girl and her mother so I could get dropped off at my house with huge boxes of fund-raising stuff that I would not have been able to comfortably carry on the bus. I tried calling home all day to get someone to come pick me up but the phone was constantly busy. So, I wrote a note, forged the signature and turned it into the office. I ended up getting busted to a certain extent. They called home for me and someone actually answered the phone when the school called and I was able to explain my way out of it and no one thought I had forged it. However, instead of getting a ride with my friend and her mom, someone came and picked me up.
Did you ever forge a parent's signature? What was it for? Did you ever get caught?

I used to forge my mom's signature all the time. It is so simple to copy I really couldn't resist! It wasn't ever on anything too big. Just bad test grades that needed to be signed by a parent and that sort of thing. I told my mom about it a few years later and she had me sign and was quite impressed by how close it was to her original signature.
My dad's signature however is a totally different story. No matter how many times I practiced I could never get his down! He has one of those sloppy signatures like a doctor. I was never any good at ones like that.

I've forged so many times....never got caught...I only did it because I had a bad grade and punishment was not on my agenda. Until one day my dad cleaned out my backpack for me and found that my grade report was signed!!!tho he never signed it!!so I got in major trouble x.X!! My method to forge a sig is 1) take a anything that was signed by your parent (p.s it has to b sumthing they don't use anymore, or just make them sign their name on reg paper) 2) get the thing that needs to be signed 3)put the paper with the sig. On the top of the place that NEEDS to be signed.(ex. Your paper that needs to be signed has the signature box on the top, well u place the sig on the paper that was signed on on that place) step 4) get a pencil or pen, trace very slowly but apply LOTS of pressure not too much where the paper rips or has a hole lolll. Repeat step 4 1 more time. Step 5)remove the top paper(signed one by parent) and u should see the imprint or lines that resemble the signature, take a pencil and trace lightly over those lines (w/e u call it..don't no how to e plain very well) or imprint. Step 6) now u see the signature!!but I sugest u trace over the pencil marks with pen (blue or black). Now your PERFECT sig is complete!!

I tried once when I was in school. I cant remember what subject it was but for those who didn’t manage to score above a certain grade we were required to get our parents' signature on the test paper and return it back to the teacher. I was so scared to ask my mom to sign it! so i tried to copy her signature. and whaddayaknow; on the day that i was supposed to pass back the paper to my teacher, i forgot to bring it! haha. in the end, i had to call my mom to ask her to bring it to me at school- i totally forgot about the signature and of course, i got busted. lol. i got a long lecture about my wrongdoing. after that i didnt dare to do such a thing anymore! .

I have actually forged my parent's signature often. More now than ever though and that's only because I have my parent's permission to do it! lol Can you believe that? Anyway, it was a few papers for volunteer work and some minor things so it wasn't a big deal. And so far I haven't gotten caught yet.

I think I signed my mom's name a few times when I was in high school. It was usually with her permission. She was generally always gone or busy. So, she would just tell me to sign it herself. Although, there may have been a time or two that I wrote a note for my brother without permission ahead of time. Then again, I'm sure we always ended up telling her in the long run. Nothing serious, and she always understood why we did it. LOL

Yes I did when I was a kid and a teenager, a couple of times. I did not get caught I learned how to do both of my parents signature's really well. I sat there and practiced one day. My parents knew I was doing it too and didn't really seem to care, of course they didn't know I would actually do it on school things. But they do know now that I did it.

When I was young I hated games, I was bullied during P.E and I dreaded it, I was a fat child and couldn't compete in some of the activities and I had a problem with my breathing as well and I did everything I could to get out. My mum's signature is so damn easy to copy and believe me I did forge her signature on numerous occasions, I was lucky in that a) the gym teacher liked me and never checked up and b) I always got away with it. It was more through desperation, getting out of P.E and games meant I could go and do my homework for other subjects in peace.

I'm pretty sure that I didn't when I was growing up. I was too nervous about getting caught (and this is coming from a gal that skipped school a lot LOL). My sister, who was great at forging our mom's signature, would sometimes do it for me though. But only because I caught her skipping school too and she didn't want me to rat her out. LOL
There was one time as an adult that I forged my mother's signature. She had sent a check to me (I forgot what it was for), but she had forgotten to sign it. Instead of going through the hassle of having to mail it back to her and waiting for it to return (and possibly getting lost in the process) I took it into my own hands and signed it for her. I did call after I had deposited it to let her know of her little mistake and told her what I had done as well. She had no problem with it. I think she felt a little silly though for forgetting to sign the check in the first place! LOL
Happy mylotting!

The only time I forged a parent's signature was due to a contest between myself and my parents. We were trying to see I really could mimic their signatures despite my ghastly handwriting. I could only do Dad's perfectly, Mom's was another story. And yes, this is the best I can come up with the fit the discussion Angel. No stories about forging a permission slip, or a detention slip, or a court order... I just wasn't bad (but at times I wonder 'what if').
