I don't think you're crazy. I do believe that you should find out what it is that makes you feel tired all the time. Maybe you have too much sleep and need to get the old blood circulation going. A little bit of exercise and sweating does work wonders for the circulation and we know good circulation makes the body and mind lively.

You may have other problems that would need to be diagnosed some place like a sleep clinic. One thing you don't mention is how much sleep you think you are getting. You may be going to bed at the same time but are you waking up to an alarm clock every day

The tired ness that you are facing soon after you wake up denotes that you did not have a sound sleep. I was having the same issues and i started practising yoga and workouts and it took some time, but now i am waiting to hit the bed and i feel very fresh soon after i get up. I think you should consider some of these and get healthy soon.

That would be me as well! I never really get enough time to sleep this week, I dunno but maybe it is the hot summer breeze that hard to sleep and stay in the house. Awww....

I am an EMT and work 24 on 48 off however I work 2 jobs with the same hours (24/48). I may get a good nights sleep and I may not. However even on a good night the next day I seem so tired. I guess it's because it is not my bed at home. Now my Mama is in the hospital in ICU so...what is sleep?
