Please suggest what should i do?

Well ,it is really disturbing to meet such affairs in the company.In my opnion ,what you should do may be that you should learn to protect yourself from disturbed from him.It's not enough by ignoring him.I think it better to stay with your female colleages more .Try to reduce the oppotunities for him to stay with you alone.If he keeps talking and stands by you, you just ask another female colleage to enter the discussion,if it permits.Another way may be that when he does something you do not like ,you could tell him directly that you will tell his leader how you feel like him.Wish you happy everyday!

there is another possibilities of doing such things by that guy,being a male i can say- he is interested in you. now you can handle him accordingly else this person is really a bully and out of manner.in such case treat him the way he does to you, pick up his ugliest part of his face and pimp him like a pig. he vl try to increase his tease to counter react, after a few days when you continue to tease him he vl stop teasing you and let you go. dont please ignore this kind of humans.they need to be treated the way they treat others.if you ignore he vl continue teasing to increase his self boost by pushing you down and think you as a harmless victim.

there's a guy who did exactly the same thing to me when i was in high school. it is so annoying! and i didn't know what to do. but now if this is happening to me again, i will tease him just like the way he do. i wouldn't treat him and his teasing seriously. let alone ruin my mood. wish good luck. maybe, you know, he was not joking at all, he is telling the truth that you are attractive. anyway, have a good mood

Sound's like he is teasing you as he is insecure himself regarding his phyisical appearence. Don't fight back and lower yourself to his childish level, rise above it and be strong. Report him to your superior at work as it is harrasment and is an offence.
