hi gabs, i have similar case like you. in a hour mine is down to 67 from 69. it seems the trolls are still rating us negative.. i have reported this to admin. what they are doing then? are they really monitoring or are just saying so?

That is ridiculous, there has to be more than one person doing this, but why you? We know that all our friends are really blue star friends, anyway. I will not be here a lot today, but I wanted to check in with you.

Hey gabs! The same thing happened to me just now.. An hour ago, I had a blue star. When I refreshed my page few minutes ago, I saw a red star. Urgh! Well, I guess these trolls have nothing to do for the past few days that they are taking on us! Though I really do not mind losing 2 points, I hate the idea that people can easily get away with rating us negative without us knowing the reason(s) why. Well, I guess we'll just have to work as usual and let them do what they wish.

It is sad that you have fallen down the "popularity ladder". I too have gone down 3 votes in the last 10 mins but eh, who cares. The ratings mean nothing and will not stop people responding to your disscusion's, so chin up and I hope you get your score back soon.

If people responds to the discussion that should increase your rating right! I am not sure of it though. but anyway don't worry. I will rate you here. Keep posting and have fun besides making money. cheers

Did you see my post, the admin say that they are monitoring the the ratings, I am not sure how much they are doing that but they say they are.

Sorry to hear you been hit too. I've been reading about this troll a lot, but not responding to the discussions out of fear of being hit myself. But its time to take a stand! I don't care if I get hit. But I went through this thread and rated you positive on everyone, maybe it'll count, maybe not???

What the heck is goin on gabs? Who is rating you poorly? I can't believe people would you are suck a great person and you little gissi stories are always so great. Some people I guess just need to grow up. Just keep on truckin and ignore the people that are doin this. Your star will be back up in no time with all the great discussions and replies you give. I have an 8 and as someone pointed out to me it was a gold star. A gold star was really great to get in 1st grade! So please leave my gold color alone...

That seems to happen a lot around these parts. But like before I don't worry about it to much, just think it's just a tad childish for someone to down rate a person just because they aren't agreeing on an issue. Hope it don't go down to far for you, but we shall see what happens.

Hello gabs!:-) I can not understand why on earth someone would rate you negative and will come after you. I have always found you to be a very, very positive and sweet contributor. Those people who are attacking you certainly don't have any shame, heart or mind. They are cowards that they are attacking innocents. I would suggest everyone to write to mylot staff. I wrote them about some of my friends and they replied that they are monitoring it closely and if stress is put they will monitor your profile more closely and will see who has been giving you negative ratings continuously and then if they are serious they can employ tools to identify if fake IPs are being used. As for colors, I like colors and silver fits very well with my avatar. I have remained silver for most of my time here and have liked it. I know this negative activity of petty little cowards will not get you down. Just act on your part. You are rated 100 in my books! :-)

Yea,this reputation abuse has gone beyond the tolerable levels long ago. I think mylot would do some thing to prevent this. Mines also had a steep fall from 93/100 to 85/100,for no apparent reason! And I don't know when they are going to stop rating every one negative like this. I also don't know in what ways they are benefited,by rating others negative!
