If we write down one simple pleasure at a time, for anyone who is feeling blue, it might cheer them up to be able to scroll through a thread that is full of things that make people smile. So if something happens during your day, or if there is something that is guaranteed to put a spring in your step, this is the place to write it. My first one is snuggling indoor under a blanket with a movie when it is raining outside. Especially good if you can hear the rain against the windows.
