gcabando I could only take the maximum of 2 cups because more than that I will gain weight. Have to limit my Carb because I am on the process of losing weight. If you want to have a large belly, then eat more that 3 cups per meal.

gcabando For Me I love my region which is Region 7. I love to travel to Bohol and Dumaguete is to unwind. And if I want to party their is Cebu to kill time. This is a great place. Not that much traffic compare to Manila.

gcabando I prefered Calling because txting takes time and sometimes these txt are being misunderstood by the receipient. In Philippines unlimited calls are offered by all network providers.

gcabando There are many sites like PTC that are scam. Please look on some forums if these sites are ligetimate and you can get your money from what you have invest in few weeks.
