Yeah, it's so true. I actually consider Japan as one of the fashion capitals in the world. Lol..
The Japanese are so good dressing up. I even admire the guys for being able to wear things I never thought I'd see a guy in. Thumbs up for them!

Eh... a little... or at least some admiration of it and the variations.
I'll say its better than fashion "sense" stateside, by lightyears.
