Offline due to dead computer... and a note about Dusty

I have just thought about you this morning and wondered how you were doing..That is great news about your son, knowing now what is wrong..I will continue in prayer for you and your family, I have and had a couple members of my family that had epilepsy and don't get discouraged, but it may take a while to get his medication right for him and then be prepared as he grows that his medications also will need to be changed.. You do have your hands full and hopefully he will outgrow this and will be okay...

Awww sweetie, that's good and it sucks all in one, but thankfully you know the little man will be alright and well taken care of very soon. Sorry to hear about your computer too, it sucks when a computer's down, i think i would flip if i had to be without one at all, just sucks. anyway i hope your doing well, holing up alright and all that, keep in touch kay, i hate having you offline. Well that bytes. Is it a virus or just a damaged mother board. or memory? I hate when my puter crashes. I do so much with it and I am lost without it. It hasn't happened to me in years thankfully. Good luck and have a pleasant vacation away from myLot. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Oh my... it all seems to come at once for you, my friend. You're due some better luck, I feel. I hope you soon get your computer up and running again, as cyber cafes can become expensive, and also, your time is precious. It's good to hear you have a diagnosis at last, and i hope the new medication will prevent some, if not all of the attacks. It just goes to show how one medical person can see a problem where others can't, but at least you got there in the end. thats why i have not seen you for some time here. hope your son will now get proper traetment. its an irony taht the child is sufferring too much. come here whenever possible.

hello lecanis, I am so glad to hear from you I have been quite concerned. It is a relief to hear that they at least have a DX now and maybe they will be able to control his seizures. At least they figured out what's wrong (I wanted to stick that in for the computer but I'll keep to Dusty). Hopefully the doctors will turn things around with this. Keep Dusty safe and healthy along with you and your husband now. As for your computer issue, there is always newegg or tigerdirect. Also consider lots of backup (DVDs, External Harddrives)... there is also carbonite too, but that should be a last resort.

Finally a diagnosis that I'm sure you knew all along. I'm glad he is being treated. I hope you get a computer back real soon. I miss ya!

I am so sorry to hear about your computer problems but I am happy your son is on new meds and hopefully his condition will be controlled.

Hello lecanis! :-) I am sorry to hear about your computer. It must be frustrating, I guess. I am having problems with my computer too. Few weeks ago, I lost all my data, I am just happy that I kept back up of all crucial data. I restored my system but it crashed again, and again and again, In last couple of weeks, I have formatted my hard drive at least four times and started anew. I think my hard disk is dying. I hope you get your computer as soon as possible. I am sorry about Dusty having had to go through much, but at least now there is diagnosis, and in medical field, diagnosis is half cure. So, we can see the glass half full! :-) I hope that now that his problem is diagnosed, he can be treated accordingly and will ultimately get better. Take care of yourself too and your husband. Dusty needs you both healthy and I know that you know it. I wish you best of whatever this life has to offer! :-)
