When you go out and you don't feel like putting on a lot of make up do you still at least put on your eye liner??? Would you consider getting your eyeliner tattooed on?? I have thought about putting it on before going out, but never have done it. I figure if you are going to take the time to put eyeliner on, you should put the rest on right? my sister-in-law got hers tattooed on, (cost alot of money), mind you it looks good, and she never has to worry about putting it on, but there is no way i'm going to have a needle that close to my eye.

My mom, sexy creature that she is. Had her eyeliner done about 4 years ago. She is 55 and looks fantastic! She had her's done in purple. Now i know it sounds crazy but it looks fantasic. It's an almost deep purple so brown and black can be applyed over it if you want to change the color of it to match a certian outfit. But by it's self it still looks amazing. She has 2 jobs one is cleaning houses during the day and then at night she throws a paper route. Both jobs she wants to just wake up and leave, so the eye liner tattoo was a huge help. She wakes up and looks like she's done her makeup! I would consider this when i'm older, i have time now and still am trying to find a suitable style. She said it wasent as bad as you might think for having a needle by your eye. I have tattoos myself so I think the pain wouldnt be an issue. Life is an adventure I suppose thats one more i'll try!

thats awesome. I have tattoos too and pain isn't an issue with me. My eyes are just real sensitive. I would love to wake up and not have to do anything. Purple? that sounds like it would look great. thank you so much for sharing. and I love your name by the way.

Awww thank you! I do like anime! I think i'm pretty much a nerd, but a fun nerd! I cant stand someone else to put eye liner on me so if i did get it they would have to give me some happy gas and a shot-o-pain killer!

I have 4 tattoos so I am not afraid of getting a tattoo. I would not want my make-up tattooed on though. I know someone who has her eyebrows tattooed on. I think it looks silly but I am not the one that has to wear it.

i'm definetly thinking about having it done. i have hypersensitive skin, and it's very hard for me to find a liner i don't have some reaction to.the one i used for years with no problems they discontinued out of the blue.tattoo pigment,i don't react to,so it's a reasonable solution for me.

Eyeliner is really the only makeup I wear, and I love tattoos, but there is no WAY I'm getting my eyeliner tattooed on. I have too many problems with fear of things getting NEAR my eyes, let alone right there IN my eye. That, and I'm really not sure how you could do aftercare on eyeliner tattoos without having a lot of problems... would you really want to wash your eyes with soap and then put lotion on them? Yikes!

I'm intrigued - how much did it cost?? I don't think I would just because I'm so indecisive and like to swap and change my make up style often - sometimes I'll have eyeliner on the top, other times on the bottom, and sometimes both, and then there's the colour. Black is quite safe, but I also like to have the choice of brown, blue or green too. Is it a real tattoo or is it one of those 'permanent make up things' where they're not really permanant at all and last a couple of months or something??

Don't do it. I am a liciensed laser technician in tattoo removal. Overtime they fade to green. I have alot of clients who want facial cosmetic tattoos removed and I won't touch them. Unlike regular tattos which can be removed, facial ones can get darker and there is no telling what you will get. Hope this helps!

I don't want needles near my eye! I wear zero make up every day. I use to wear make up, then went to eye liner only and about 10 years ago just stopped wearing make up. My skin looks so much better from not using makeup.

With my Senegence eyeliner i put it on in the morning and never have to reapply it until i take it off. So it is already on when i go out at night. It never comes off not with sweat or water. I love application to it is so easy you just paint and it dries right away. No smearing or worries about it going on your toplid. I used to hate eyeliner but with eyesense i love love love it. Cass

this is funny for us boys when we saw girl having tattooed on their eye. although not all of us familiar with this but it is obvious to look at. although this is an art but be sure not to much. put you eye liner minimal.

I usually don't go out too far without makeup. I get into kicks though where I'll think I look better without makeup then get into another kick a few weeks later and start to wear more makeup again. When I wear a little makeup it's mostly eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara and concealer around my eyes. I would definitely get my eyeliner tattooed on. It would save time and money too in the long run. Plus if you don't have a lot of time to get ready at least that will be off your hands. They say it doesn't hurt. I know a few peoople that had it done and they told me it didn't hurt at all. I'd give it a shot what the heck.

I had permanent eye liner done. I had it done in a deep brown and a thin line. Done at a dermatologist office where they could actually numb the area around my eye and give me a nice little bit of gas to calm my nerves. I had both the top and bottom done. Cost was about $300 per eye having it done this way. Well worth it. I still use make-up, including eyeliner in different colors when I want a boost. But if I don't want to do anything I don't have to. Great for summertime when you are at the beach or buy the pool.
