Sounds like chacha, which didn't work out for me.
The site itself was very confusing and they wouldn't let me sign up with the email that I normally used, which is a pain. I never did figure out how the site is navigated, but did make it to the so-called training and was very disappointed.
Nope, it didn't work out for me. I do know others that have done well, though.
If that's not what you're talking about, I'm definitely interested in hearing more!

No it is not what you've think about. It is a real job part time. All you have to do is to have an interent connection and some time to do the job.

Requirements
The skill set for this job is not high-tech, candidates need to be familiar with browsing the internet, be able to read and write fluent English, and have high-speed access to internet. Specifically:
Reading and writing in English is a mandatory requirement for program participation
For cultural and historical awareness purposes, you must be resident in the country for 5 consecutive years
You should be familiar with using both Internet browsers and content, and have access to a computer with a high-speed internet connection
You need to be motivated to apply your knowledge in a way that improves the browsing experience on the Web
You must be a mature person capable of managing your time to spend 10-20 hours per week in rating various online services and software
You can be a college student, teacher, retired person, on-line shopper, stay-at-home parent or professional from any field

Sounds kind of fishy because a legitimate company would test you before they hired you.

You are right but I've mentioned it in my post. The first thing you must do is to send them your CV. After that they send back to you an email that you must complete with some other information about you. You send it again to them. Than if they think that you're right person for the job they send to you an agrement to be sign by you. After that in the period of one week they send to you some material to study and with that you should have an exam with about 270 questions. If you are lucky you will pass it and be ok for the job. Are you well informed?

Generally it is 10 hours per week but copuld change up to 20 hours. It does not cost anything to you just the time to learn for the exam. The amount of the payment is deferent from one country to another. For me is 7$ per hour. Have a nice day too
