Which do you prefer Meat of Fish?

of course we choose meat but if you are health conscious you will not eat meat except stick to fish. i eat both but i refrain eating meat because of some bad effects that can harm our health specially cholesterol that will clogged our veins and turn to high blood pressures. are you aware of the bad effects of meat to our body?

i prefer meat, i like meat alot better because it has no bones like the fish, it tastes good and it is easier to eat :)

i like meat. i like fish too. seriously i like meat more than fish....i only eat fish maybe once a week.

Wish we could have fish for every meal instead of pork but fish is very expensive so we make do with pork.

If I ha to choose between fish or meaat I would choose fish,there is a good choice of fish .I like cod and haddock best,I also like the canned tuna and sardines.But there are a few types of meat that im none too keen on,I dont really care too much for pork or minced beef,and I definately dont like offal.

Fish is still meat.
Fish - white meat
Pork - red meat
I prefer white meat. Pork egggh. I don't like them. and it takes 48 hours for your stomach to digest red meat. Fish all the way and vegetables! :D

Growing up I grew up eating chicken, duck, steak and meat in general because that was just what we ate but I was the only kid in my family that loved vegetables and as I grew up I continued that habit and cut back immensely on red meat and I love fruit. I love fish but do not eat it as much as I want to because now they had dyes to make it look fresher and theres just so many heavy metals leaking into our water supply and then farm fishing is SOO dirty. I love Tilapia but that is the bottom trash eating fish and I didnt learn that until watching Dirty Jobs last year. I just had catfish the other day and tried not to think about it like when Im eating at buffets (god forbid) or at restaurant but just struggle to buy it from the grocery store.
My boyfriend eats red meat like its going out of style and if thats not enough he's Turkish so eats alot of Lamb which I do love but its SOO fatty and I do not like the HEAVY feeling it leaves me with afterwards, thats all meat. Im starting to think its only normal to have meat confiscate only 20 percent of your diet, I try to eat it only once a week and its not hard because I always have fruit lying around (ruby red grapefruit and watermelon is my all time favorites) or vegetables (love corn, black been and green peppers) and I never get constipated like i did when eating alot of meat--it just went nowhere!
My downfall is eating high cholesterol foods like icecream which becomes all the more challenging with summer looming around the corner but theres chocolate soy icecream thats good but I'd be lying if I said that wasn't very hard for me to stay away from.

I prefer fish. I like it prepared in a simple dish like steamed, baked or fried. I like it with veggies too. I like tuna, salmon, tilapia, haddock and bass.

People who don't eat balance diet become a patient of these diseases it doesn't mean that you never take meat If you take meat 1-2 times in a week than its good if you take it on daily basis, then definitely you got into trouble. Every food has its importance but you should maintain a balance diet to remain healthy.
