Is there a rice shortage going on? / myLot

I guess I can google it, but during supper, my husband was asking if there was a rice shortage. He heard that Vietnam, one of the major exporters of rice, isn't going to be exporting anymore. Did he hear wrong?

Here in the Philippines, we are experiencing of rice shortage already and the global warming is the main reason. I don't know. We should save the world.

Yes, I just read somewhere the other day that there is a rice shortage. They are saying corn is next. Everything seems to keep going downhill and it all seems to be related to global warming.

here in the Philippines, we are experiencing rice shortage as well. we can't buy as much rice as we want to. and the prices are rising everyday.

I think most of the country are facing rice shortage but luckily my country still have enough rice but we must think of solution to face the increasing price of rice yea .
