Yes there are a lot of benefits of having an ipod. ipod is really a good stuff and it will make you feel good in times when you feel bore. This is an entertaining device and a latest trend to use it. It will also provide song and music anytime and is a best device for music lover.

An iPod is no more essential than a WalkMan or DiscMan was back in the day. It depends on the person. A WalkMan or DiscMan was wonderful to listen to on the walk to school or riding the bus, and today's youth has the iPod for that. I personally love having an iPod. I purchased a headunit with an iPod connector for my car, so the iPod is all I listen to when driving. Otherwise, I listen to it when I go for a walk or while exercising. I also have the Bose SoundDock, so I tend to put the iPod on while doing housework, outside on nice days, or while company is over.

Yes, it is important in todays life because, many of job holders now a days are busy. Their health may effected due to work tension. To reduce this work tension many of them should have entertainment in leisure time. In such cases it is helpfull.....

It really depends. I saw the whole iPod thing as rather stupid--I never understood why someone would sit around listening to music. I recently got an iPod Touch (more to check email and IM at school than to listen to music). I initially expected that I would fill it with TV episodes and classic movies (if you consider EuroTrip and Mean Girls classics that is), but I have actually fallen in love with my music. Having an iPod is definitely a worthwhile experience for most people. I went in thinking I wouldn't really use it for music and now I've always got my ear buds in!

I wouldn't say an iPod is a necessity but that all depends on how much you love your music. For example, it's important that I have my iPod with me at the gym because I don't like listening to the crap that they play, I would prefer to listen to my own selection of music! It's also important for me to have my iPod when I go travelling as it helps me sleep on the plane. My niece will not leave home without her iPod so she uses it probably more frequently than I use mine. In my opinion I think it's worth having an iPod, but then again I am the PODQUEEN!!! Hee hee!

It depends on the person. If you are the type of person who likes to listen to music wherever you go, then you might consider having one. Otherwise, I don't see it necessary in any way lol. As for myself, I prefer having Nintendo DS lite. Since I love to play games on my spare time, I am currently saving monney for it
