If you could write any book, what would it be about and why? Can you think of a great title? What genre would it be? Spill your guts.

honestly if i had to write any kind of book it would be about what really goes on in some small towns because people have the idea that small towns are all peaceful and quiet but it isn't like that at all in my hometown...i mean honestly we have the same crime rate as l.a. and i think the name of it is the truth about a small town so that people would know what it was about before they picked it up!

Well you go girl! I think that's a great idea! Doesn't sound like you'd actually write one though, so I guess you'll have to find someone else to write it for you.

Sound great - those small towns harbour all of the pettiness and so one that big towns and cities do. In some ways small towns handle it better because they are small, but in other ways, they're worse - it's hard to keep a secret when everyone in town knows who you are and what you do. I live in a small town - the people are so friendly and helpful, but when I first got here I had to work hard at fitting in. My son going to the school here helped, and now that I've started to play lawn bowls, I'm in! I've got a book about a small town on the go at the moment, sort of anyway - it's stalled a little, but the characters are still wandering around in my head - I'll get back to it soon, I hope. The working title for that one is 'Until proven guilty'. There are a lot of guilty people in this town, and not much of innocence.

Hi, I'd really like to write a book of my life, not really for general reading but something to leave my family when my time is up, just poems, words and stories in my life I think it would be a precious resource to leave behind.

That's a great idea. I might have to do that. Now that I'm journaling so much, I could write a book about my life adding some of my poetry and such. Thanks for commenting, as your idea is great!

It you wrote it, you should sell it - it only makes sense. Hey, I'm gonna write one on frugal living too. Isn't that ironic? I'm working on it right now!

I am writing a book right now. It is a contemporary fiction novel about people with extraordinary ability that will try and save the world from demons who will try to enter our world... I am trying now to finish the first book so that I can start with the next one... the main title is (Temporary only) Kyle Tempest...

WOW, that's great. A series of books. That must be exciting. I wouldn't even know where to begin. These days, writing seems more fantasy to me than reality.

i love writing but i don't think it's that good... but if i have to write a book, i'll choose to write a story, a romantic comedy because i love that genre...

Have you let others read it to decide if it's good or not? I bet you it's not as bad as you think it is. A romantic comedy sounds fun!

I love to write short stories. I really got in to that when I was in school. I think titles can come during the writing process, you can definetly find a good name. If you like to read books and have a crazy collection. I just bought this book case that helps me organize all my texts. www.bookcases.name

What kind of short stories do you write? I mean, what's the genre(s) that you tend to write. Have you published any of them? If so, how many?

I've got a partly written book about two adult sisters who involved in the sometimes wondrous and sometimes terrible world of dog showing. The working title is 'Bit*h Challenge' (without the* - you know what I mean - see my previous discussion on the 'Dogs' list.) These sisters have issues, they have jealousies, and they're fighting to take over the breeding kennel of their late mother. Dog showing is not all about wagging tails and sloppy puppy kisses!

Yes I wanted to write a book. And for me, if I will be given the chance, it's all about my traveling experience. Those places I have been and ll the things I have experience when I travel. The pictures and the thrill will be interesting I guess. I haven't thought of a title that will comprehend the book in my mind.

Where have you travelled that you'd like to write about? It must be interresting and/or exotic, I would imagine if you're gonna write about it. Please, feel free to share it with us.
