Pizza Hut changed my favorite pizza!! Yuck!

Ok, it has been a while since I have had their pizza, but I didn't think it had been THAT long. My all-time, absolute, hands down favorite pizza *used* to be Pizza Hut's meat lover's pizza on hand tossed crust. YUM!!! I liked it even better than what I make from scratch (even the crust) at home!
Well, we went there yesterday for lunch and got that, of course. But, they have changed the sauce or something, because it was barely tolerable! I mean, it was "ok" but certainly not what it used to be. HOW DISAPPOINTING!! I used to LOVE this pizza...now, I couldn't care less if I never have it again. 
Have you noticed a change in their pizza? How about another restaurant that changed a favorite dish on you?2 responses

It has been a while since I have had Pizza Hut pizza, but I usually like to get the pan pizza. It is absolutely dleicious and it tasted fine when I had it. It is possible that it was just that particular pizza hut. I like alot of sauce, and usually theirs is pretty good. I hope they did not change it at all of their locations. At Dominios they used to a pizza called the Crispy Melt a few months ago. That was probably the best pizza I have had in a long time. Then when I went to order it, they had completely taken it off the menu. Restaurants are always changignthe menu to save cost.

We woudn't notice a change in the sauce as when we order pizza we order it very very very light on the sauce we don't want to see any sacue seeping out of the cheese. We wnat to tast the meat and cheese not the sauce. Whenever someone has a pizza the way we eat it they start ordering it that way to as they find out how much better it taste.
