I used to eat bologna all the time. In fact I almost always had a bologna sandwich for lunch as a kid. Sometimes mom fried it and other times I just put it between two slices of bread and ate it. Now I don't eat it as much. I am not near such a big fan of it as I was growing up. I guess I ate so much of it that I am just tired of it. In fact I would even go as far as to say that I really don't like it anymore.

I like bologna fried. I like it on wheat bread with must miracle whip. I don't like mustard. I worked at Subway for 3 years and we did not have bologna as a sandwhich choice it made people so mad!

I like it fried as well. It just seems to have more flavour like that. I can't stand to eat those things straight from the packages or even if it is just boiled or whatever. Sometimes I do boil hotdogs a little (when they are frozen stiff!) and fry them as well. lol...extra fat I guess but so what, I need it.
I like ketchup and pepper sauce on mine with sliced onions yum!

Fried bologna sandwiches are awesome. I love ketchup on my fried bologna sandwiches. Sometimes I even put onion on them. I only use white bread for my fried bologna sandwiches. I have been eating fried bologna sanchwiches since I was a child. They make a great lunch

when we lived in the tropics luncheon meat often got a slimy film on it -yucko!
so my mother would fry it up on the griddle... it was so good! she would brown it till it turned into what we called a sombrero - then we would put ketchup in the "bowl" shaped area. sometimes we would put cheese on it - my daughter likes to have a scrambled egg to fill up the bowl part.

I know bologna (or as we say in NC "baloney") is bad for us, but sometimes you just gotta have a fried baloney sandwich on soft, white bread with mayo and maybe tomatoes if you have some fresh ones from the garden. Yum!!!
