In general it usually takes a lot for me to blow a gasket or two, but over the course of a couple weeks, with the recent hike in rates by my electric and cable company plus my landlord deciding that tacking on another $100.00 per month on an already $300.00 a month rental that's not even worth more then the pile of scrap metal that it is, is nothing but chump change for my family and I, my fuse has been cut real short. But I guess that's the stress of it all getting to me more than anything. But these days it just takes the smallest thing to make me blow up. So now I just go hide away in bedroom and throw a tizzy fit in there, afterwards I set about doing things to keep my mind off what is bothering so much.

yes i think the stresses of everyday life at the moment would set every one off, especially all the hike in prices, like rent fuel and food,so we can be a bit testy anyway,i think i should hide in my bedroom for a while also.cheers sue

I usally get angry when my mom keeps nagging me about loosing weight. I know she cares about me and wants me to be healthy but it gets really annoying hearing it everyday especially that im trying my hardest. When she tells me I get the impression that she dosnt think im trying to loose weight and thats why I get mad at her plus I hear it from my grandmother and my trainer and everyone else lol.

No, it really takes a lot to get under my gills and make me angry. Though both of my daughter know just exactly which buttons to push to set me off, it still takes a lot to make me angry. It could possibly be hormones, because I have noticed I'm shorter temper at times than usual.

I usually don't get angry. I just smile most of the time when people get angry when stuff like that is a part of life. When people don't seemed encouraged or optimistic about anything it can get me mad. I'm naturally an happy and excited person when it comes to life. People who are negative turn me off.

MENOPAUSE sue.....sure is a great thing! NOT! I find the best time to see how "mooody or cranky" I am is a drive in the car with hubby! There are times when the drive goes well and the times when I pick the while time...."look out for ...." don't get too close" etc. etc. and most times he says "would YOU like to drive?" Or in my own driving little things can annoy me and seem to use the horn a little more, that is when I know the hormones are kicking in as other days these things would not bother me. I guess the things that get me mad would be mostly times in the car when people cut in or do not use their indicator or are on their mobile with not a care about the road or who is on it. Some days I think would be better staying indoors, especially these ones, but we do have to eat I guess!

I am rather tolerant most times but as you say sometimes the hormones can make one react, I try to let things go more these days as my attitude these days is that life is way too short to waste it inan angry state of mind, but it doesn't always work...10 points for trying though....

I find that I get angry with customer service people really quickly lately and I used to have all kinds of patience but not anymore. I am going through hormonal changes.

I can't really say what triggers my anger. As a rule I'm very easy to get along with , But It only takes one tiny thing , that most people could care less about , or not even notice , and I will just go off. I have a short fuse , But ( usually ) my Anger is very short-lived! Once I Blow-up....and have Vented that Anger....I'm good to go.
