Hello manya_pearl. I too prefer soft music. Just like you I enjoy, classical, instrumental, ballad and rnb. Most of the time I listen to those types of music. It helps me relax more and be at peace. I used to listen to loud music but, I realize that it doesn't sound like music anymore, but more like people screaming. No offense to those who like loud music.

I rather listen to loud music as one might guess from my user name, but I do like the occasional soft folk music. But other then that, I like to hear the wall of sound coming out of my speakers. From the guitar solos to the drums and to the vocals everything to me is better when louder.

I don't appreciate music that is turned out loud. It should be played with the right volume so I can hear all the musical instruments used and the artists.

Sometimes the amplitude of music relies on the persons characteristics and personality, some listen to soft music because the deem to find their favored characteristic in music amplified by that particular music piece. And some people listen to loud music because of the same thing. For me, i listen to loud music because the nature of it soothes me and i listen to some soft music because of how their are arranged and it can be very aggressive; for some composed by Sebastian Bach, Beethoven and Mozzart.
