SOrry ya, forgot to answer to the actual question.. haha I will tell my interviewers this.... I graduated from college and have a diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering.. I'm someone who takes intiative in things and i'm a fast learner.. I can adapt easily to changes and yet be firm in my stand to things, ensuring a fair situation.. During my days in the army, i was a shift in charge, with 17 men under me.. Though we were separated into 2 groups at different areas, but i still managed to keep our relations and team work tight by organising outings together, or having meals together.. Because i believe there are no 1 man show, everything we do, we do it as a team.. hehe ^_^ ALways point out your good points and strong points, give them no reason or little reason to point out your weakness.. Say everything out b4 they can ask u ^_^ They wants a confident u..

I'm not sure what country you are in, but in the United States this is a question that is being asked less and less for legal reasons. An interviewer with this question is asking for legal woes, because the potential is great for the interviewee to answer this question with verbotin information such as age, nationality, religion, marrige or family status, or any number of other things which could be considered discriminatory. The question that is being asked instead is usually, "Tell me why you are interested in this job," or something along those lines. If you are indeed asked this question you have to be very careful how you answer it. I would suggest stating something along of the lines of you are a college stutent with a degree in such and such or are about to get a degree and are looking for a company to put the skills you have learned to use with as well as gain some real world experience. Honestly, that question is rife with danger in the United States with it's labor laws and anti-discrimination policies, it's just begging for a person to answer with mundane things that are in fact discriminatory, which opens them up to a lawsuit should they not hire the candidate in question.

At first, I would like to hope you will be successful in the interview. The following are the common questions for interview: 1. Do you have any working experience? 2. Would you tell me what do you think you are capable for this job? 3. Why shall I employ you? 4. What's your expected salary? 5. Do you have any plan in the next few years? 6. Why are you interested in this job? I hope the above questions will be helpful for you. I love China
