Hey friends, its soooo hot these days and the dryness is also trying our tolerance.
To beat the heat one needs to have loads of cool drinks.be it fresh fruit juices or milk shakes with lots of ice in it.
I learnt how to prepare a few varieties of milk shakes like- mango shake, cold coffe, cold coffe with yummie ice-creams,whipped fruit shakes, water melon juice - the best one out of them all.
What is your favourite summer drink?
Do you know how to make it?
I would like to share some simple recipes and if you want to know ,I can tell you how to prepare shakes that i know.

i can share the cold coffe and also with ice-cream for two.
chilled milk - one and a half glass
crushed ice - a handful
coffee powder - one heaped teaspoon (instant coffee)
sugar - three tspn or acc. to taste
method - mix all the ingredients in a large mixer jar and churn it for two minutes
now put two heaped tablespoons vanilla icecream in each glass and then pour the lather filled coffee in it.
your ummmmmm so delicious cold coffee with ice cream is ready to drink. If you want it plain then dont add ice-cream and simply pour out the churned cold coffee and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Good Day!
I love avocado milkshakes. It is really simple to do. It is kinda weird but I like it. A lot of people here in the Phils. like it as well. hehehe
1 avocado
1/3 quart whole milk
3 tablespoons sugar (it is up to you on how much sugar you want to put it in)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend. Drink.
Cheers!

Cool!Thats really awesome.Though I have never really made any of these you mentioned except for cold coffee with vanilla ice cream,I think I kind of have a vague idea of how to make it.In most of the cases we have to collect the pulp and simply put it in the mixer if we want juice and add milk to it if we want a milk shake of it.Isn't it? :)
But I must say the cold coffee thing is seriously awesome!I just loved it.I was just trying out my own stuff and it turned out to be so yummyy that i swore that I would never pay 100 bux for a cold coffee again in sofe coffee shop and instead making it at home.
I am very keen on knowing how aloe vera juice is made.If you get to know it from somehwere please do let me know ok :)
