I was so wore out today...hardly had energy to do anything. I managed to get quite a bit done putzing around the house and doing little jobs here and there. But, hubby got home early evening and I just crashed...I went to take a nap because I just couldn't hardly move. That was at 7:30 and I slept for almost THREE HOURS!! Good grief...I'll probably be up now until 4 am...ugh.
Do you ever feel so exhausted during the day you can't hardly move? DO you take late naps sometimes and get stuck bein gup even later than usual then?

Yes I do get extremely tired these days if I do too much in the day. I am having to learn to pace myself better instead of rushing around like a mad thing, I am not finding it easy

Must be very hard if one is used to keeping busy and getting lots of things done. Thank you for responding.

I ended up taking a short nap on the couch yesterday too.
I don't normally do that, and you would think that since the weather is much nicer now that I'd have more energy, want to do more things.
Maybe it was because the weather was rainy and cloudy most of the day. Those are the best days to curl up on the couch with a book or movie, right?

I stay exhausted anymore. And when I take naps, even when I don't take a nap, I am still up late hours because I have such a hard time sleeping. Between stress, taking care of my sick daughter, taking care of the rest of my family, and trying to keep the house work up, I am slap give out. But I have to keep going otherwise it won't get done. And I am the only one in my home that can take care of my daughter because she has the chicken pox, and I am the only one who's had them in my family. I don't mind though, she needs it.

Don't worry! It happens to us all. My hubby and I were very tired this morning. We got our daughter ready for pre-school. My hubby worked 1/2 day today. So back to bed we went. Me for 1/2 hour hubby for 1 1/2hours. Sometimes you just have to re-charge. If you are up at 4 am plenty of mylotters are. You won't be alone.

Ah. I fell asleep yesterday while I should be cooking. the pot was on the fire boiling away until i heard my mother's voice. I jumped out of my sleep so suddenly I was dazed for a while. I also felt as if I had been sleeping for ages which was really not the case.
So your not alone. I honestly have not kept a check of it but I am convinced its as a result of hormones going on about their business as the body prepares to go into a certain mode. I think that when I end up feeling so drained. (lol)
