best on-line chat

Hello everyone I have found myself with a lot of extra time and would like to start chatting in my city. Last time I chatted online was maybe '96-97 on AOL. When I did a simple search I find chats that cost or "meatmarkets" I just want to chat. Thank You

yea,it is a nice thing to do this..if you have time, we can study together..i still want to have some chance to train my spoken english..welcome

I think one of the better chat programmes around is ICQ, it has people on there from all around the world. Unlike msn you can search and look through peoples profiles before you contact them, or when they have contacted you. Most people put on there where they are from. I'm not one to go into chat rooms as I agree they are just meatmarkets!
