How are s ome of the ways you handle stress?

Sometimes, I find my stress level runs high, and it scares me. I try not to get stress out over things, but some things are beyond my control.
I would say that am not going to stress myself over certain matters, but later it affects me, because I tend to keep it bottled up. Next, I will notice that my blood pressure is rising.

My work is really stressful so I always go home early and rest then go to spa every 2 weeks. I love it, it really helps. Mostly, I go and meet my friends.

I sing when I am stressed I find it releases a lot of tension, I also to some visualization exercises and I some meditation

My guitar soothes me. I always play my guitar when I'm stressed out. It also helps me focus on tasks I may have to complete later on. Listening to music helps me too. And watching a good movie.

Hy, well i have trouble with my blood pressure too, but I try too handle it and calm down, by listening my favourite music, or walking a little, but the best way for me is sleeping, 1-2 hours and when I'm waking up I'm fit and ready to work :D. Greet.

I know that I do not handle it like I should. I usually freak out, cry and end up with a horrible headache, just like today :(

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.
