I love cheese. All kinds of cheese. But my most favorite is Extra Sharp. What is your favorite kind?

Squeek,squeek, my favorite cheese is extra cheese. Partial to american but most any of it. Cottage cheese, american, swiss. Nothing spicy though. I don't do spicy much at all!

I love mozzarella and Havarti cheese is a nice one as well, although it can be a bit salty if it is sitting on the shelf in the store too long! I just love cheese generally though and actually eat alot of cheddar more than any other.
