Are you having problems with Yahoo?

I don't have a problem with Yahoo... But I am on Yahoo Australia.

Yes iam experiencing technical problems in yahoo.I think the yahoo server is down.They have to work on it.

The only problem I have had is when I go to go to next email it goes to a page saying Yahoo is having problems. It has only happened on a few of them. I did not go to the New Yahoo Mail, I still am with the classic.

Hi there KB, for my personal use I have hotmail and have only used yahoo for mylot and other online work. To tell the truth I have almost immediately had problems with this email address. I keep getting chucked out, can't open emails and the worst yet is that it suddenly opens blank page after blank page and I can't stop it unless I close all the tabs, which is diffiuclt to do, I have even had to turn the computer off altogether because it has locked it. I like the way yahoo is set up and what you can do with the folders etc. but as an email system I can't rely on it. Very frustrating. I must admit that I don't even bother to go through other links. So you are not alone!

I really don't have any trouble with other yahoo feature except their E-mail last week, I switch to their beta email service and my yahoo email crawls lolz so I just switch to classic view and it is great then!

No, I can't say I've had any problems with Yahoo... I'm only using it for mail and messenger and it's been working just fine.

I have a yahoo account for 8 years or so and I don’t find any problem in using it for mails checking and sending mails. Or I am supposed to be such lucky that I am not online during the very moment. Recently I try using yahoo messenger to chat with my son and I could I hear him speaking clearly but he totally couldn’t hear me, though few days back didn’t have this problem.

Nope - I have had a few problems lately too although they are usually resolved very quickly it can be irritating and frustrating at the time! I know my partner has had a few problems too but although we are on the same router it is always at different times than I have the same problems getting access! It is quite weird but I am hoping it is just a little blip that will be sorted out soon as I do prefer Yahoo to other providers! xxx

Hi dear i am also using Yahoo mail and messenger since last 8 yrs and i like it. so far i dont have anyy problem and specially since they increase the storage capacity, so why u want other. Well some times i face problem but mostly its due to poor net connection or some firewalls on my computer which block some of yahoo attributes like voice chat and vedio chat. So i am sure soon ur problem will be solved Keep enjoying YM. Take care

I've been with Yahoo since like 1994 - started with AOL but realized that I didn't need to spend that large amount of money each month for things I didn't need or use, so Iwent to Yahoo. This buy-out from Microsoft to buy Yahoo - scares me as I really don't want to deal with changing email clients should it happen to go under. But have had no problems at all with Yahoo!

i have also been with yahoo foor more than 13 years but i have been having so much problems with accessing my mails since last year and this is why i resorted to using gmail and excite which have given few problems in recent times but i would still love to have my yahoo,its been with me for so long

I am not having any problems with yahoo messenger because every i am getting lot of fun with my friends and as you know i have great friends in yahoo just like you. How many friends do you have in yahoo?

Hey, I think,it's high time,you must shift to Gmail permanently;

I find in the new Yahoo beta, I cannot see the message. I then have to go back to the old Yahoo mail. Then there is they regard the emails I subscribed to as spam and yet if it is from "see me on web cam (stark naked frontal view, of course) or do you want viagra (and not if you are going bald) and is your thing not big enough (wonder who the woman feels getting ripped apart) them they will put in my in box. I have transferred my business mail to another account. Yahoo has become a spam provider.

I have also been having some problems with Yahoo, kbourgerie. I was receiving notifications from my anti-spyware provider that Yahoo was an unsafe site and that really left me in a quandry since Yahoo is my home page. This causes me much concern since they recently revealed that Yahoo is one of the ISPs that have been giving your private information to the government. Not that I have anything to hide, but I don't feel good about my browsing habits being turned over to the government at all. I recently heard an expert on such matters say that when we sign up with sites such as Yahoo we give up practically all of our rights!

I haven't noticed any problems on Yahoo! I've been using their email provider for years with no problems. I started working for a company that provides me with free internet and 7 email addresses, but I haven't set up my new email yet. I'm happy with my Yahoo services. If Microsoft ends up purchasing Yahoo, that could change. Guess I'll wait and see.

Interesting, I started a conversation a few days ago asking if Yahoo was acting up for anyone. What was happening that the messages in my inbox were disappearing and an error message was displayed instead. It also was showing a large number of messages in my inbox as unread, yet they were not showing either. Anyway, I contacted Yahoo and it resolved within 24 hours. However, I think I lost some messages forever that I had been saving in my inbox for reference. I thought maybe it was somehow Vista related initially because this computer and I have not been getting along. I hope it resolves for you as well. I switched some of my activity to gmail this week.

ya threis some problum in rich verson. many time rich verson did not open then classic verson is respond that is not friendly as rich verson

I have been able to access my Yahoo Mail for months now. It keeps saying that they are addressing the problem. I have given up on my Yahoo mail it has been almost 6mths now and I still cannot get into my mailbox
