vidhya_anu You are right.Where there is no listener there is no speaker.Both are interlinked but with certain boundaries.

Iam having terrible back pain for two months.I got this as a reward for working in an IT company.The last vertebra of the spine pains like anything.I cant sit in chair for 30mints.I have to consult a doctor and iam totally fed up...

vidhya_anu Thanks you so much.Yes health is very important.I was the healthiest person in my family and always blaming others for not maintaining their health.Now iam shocked coz these unexpected incidents.First i have to take a health policy :)who knows what will come...

vidhya_anu Hi Vege , Came back after 4 days rest.Doctor said coz of sitting and woring for long hours got happened this.A swelling around the last vertebra.Taking medication and some what feeling better now.Also my mom did some massages and the swelling disappeared...

vidhya_anu Thanks for your response.People like u and me will know this pain.I cannot go for massages coz iam from orthodox family.Iam on leave for four days and planned to go to a doctor.Afraid if there is any dislocation and that would lead to surgery.I may quit my job...
