It is easy to make money and earn it if you are not too lazy to find it. But we know now adays that our economy is getting down and so many people are unemployed. Everyone is wishing to win a lottery so they could buy what they want and wont suffer from hunger anymore. What if you come to a point or in a situation where you have to choose one between this two? Would you choose money or love? I must say, you cannot find love anywhere. Love doesn't need a resume and interview to be hired. It will just knock on your door when it's time. Being practical is not bad as long as thats the happiness that you've wanted. For me, I'd rather choose love because thats the only that could give a life time happiness.

Love is much more better than money, much more important. I can always find money, in any way possible, but love is something extremely hard to come by! It is an emotion that rarely surfaces. So I'd rather just say I love you than get a big fat check.

For me..love is more important..money passes away .. with a blink of an eye..it can't touch your heart like love can.. love is the best.

Oooh, I personally think everyone should choose love over money but I know that isn't true. There are some really greedy people in the world that would rather have all the money in the world then for someone to love.
Lol, and in some cases love does need a resume and an interview! They just go by different names =O

Well, in these times it often does come down to the dollar bill. And, love don't pay the bills or feed the children. That being said, Money can be made, love can't. I much prefer love, cuz I know that's what's really going to fulfill me at the end of the day. But, I don't know if I could sacrifice much needed money for the love of a man. I guess if you truly love and trust each other you'll find a way to make sure money is not a huge issue in your relationship.

Being a practical person, I would choose money over love.
My dad is a lawyer and I have seen how marriages fall apart when money is lacking or is an issue.
My philosophy is that love can't put food on the table nor provide tuition fee for your kids. When stomachs start to growl and when money becomes the center of concern within the family, no matter how much in love you are in love, sooner or later you will fall out of love.

well for me love is much more important than money... we can find money if we want to but love will only arrives if the time is right... you can't buy it anywhere, it only develops as time passes by...

first of all, i want to welcome you to mylot community... i definitely will choose love over money... you can earn money but you can't earn love... what the use of having all the money in the whole world but you are not happy??? i realise now that i come to this world without anything and i will go home to my Creator with nothing as well... i won't be able to bring my money with me when i die... so i will choose love over money for sure...

love and happiness is most important to me. Right now I could really use some money. It seems I cannot get ahead. We pay our bills, have good credit and never borrow from anyone but just can't seem to get extra money and save money. The cost of groceries and gas are hard on the budget. We try and drive less and work more to earn more and clip the coupons for what we need trying to save a bit here and there. It would be nice to have the money but it could never buy true love or happiness.

At the first glance of the topic,I told myself that I would definitely choose love. But now I am not that sure. I just don't know. Maybe that's because I am not in love now so I know nothing about the feeling of cherishing someone. Besides, money is what I need now. Thus it's a hard decision for the moment. However, I am sure if I find that one, I won't give him up for the money.

I've actually been in this situation before, and looking back, I know I made the wrong choice. Money cannot buy happiness. It can only subdue you for the moment. It wasn't a great amount of money I chose, just enough to keep a roof over our head and the bills somewhat paid. But on my wedding day, I knew I wasn't in love with my groom. But out of fear of being alone on the streets with my kids, I walked down the aisle anyway. Less than two years later, I realized it was the stupidest thing I ever did, and it took me almost 4 more years to fully break away. It wasn't worth it...at all.
Given the chance again in the future, I would chose love. Because as long as you have someone to wipe away the tears, and hold you when you're cold, money, or the lack of, wont make a difference.

I would chose love over money. Remembe, money can't buy everything. Without love, I would feel very lonely and you would know that all people that revolves around you is a fake.

I know that you need money in order to survive, but life isn't worth living without love in it. I would choose love over money any day of the week. I would rather be poor and loved, than to be rich and not have love in my life.

Love is what I chose, for we can earn for that if we only work hard for it. Love is hard to find these days, hearts and mind changes as it varies on certain situations.
Most of all, money cannot buy you love. It is still one of the rarest gift this world has been offered, it is what makes us happy and not the thought of having a lot of money..

i won't even think about it. i'd always choose money over love. love is overrated and overhyped. money on the hand is very much needed in the world. love does not make the world go round... it only keeps it populated.
