Is it worth of staying hours in the front of our PC for a few $$ ?

hmmm.. i guess it is... although ive been trying this for only less than a month or so. yet i find it quite easy and worthwhile, i guess that is IF its not a scam and IF it pays well ... :D

I certainly won't recommend to sit in front of the computers for hours for a few dollars. But,it would be really nice to earn some pocket money,during our free time. I am on mylot ,during my free time only and I enjoy my stay here. So,you cant become rich over night,but who will say no to a small amount of pocket money? Cheers! It really depends on what it is you are doing to earn money. I dont do the PTG sites becausethey are too time consuming ant to me not worth it. I preferto go where you can earn a few dollars a day and not pennies. That is why I stick with mylot.

I guess it's worth. I have already earned $30 in just a few weeks and I am trying to make some more money to buy a domain name.

I would have to say that it is worth it, if the only other thing you have to do is sit around. I agree with the person who said about earning money in your free time. I am so disorganized that I can only keep up with my lot and two other sites. I wonder what ideas people are going to have though.

I think it is worth it as long as you are not letting it take over your life. For example it is passing the time today when I am too ill for focusing on revision. As you say it requires no skills so I can do it when I feel like doing nothing else. I don't earn enough online to allow it to take over my life though.

For me spending time online is earning money. As I am not working, any income is additional to me to use. So I could sit at home and do things at my comfort looking after my baby. So I have no regrets. I have been able to earn a 1000$ last year to give my 1ST ever gift tomy husband with my money. Added to it, it covers the internet bills monthly. So I am happy. I spend just 2 hours daily online.

I think if you really really want to earn on-line than you do need some sort of skills. I don't know of anyone that is going to pay you for something as simple as what it sounds like your're asking for. that would be one of those "too good to be true" things which usually...always...is a scam. I have earned money doing books for people online but then you have to have some accounting skills. There are businesses that will hire you to do data entry which does not require a lot of skill. For something like that tho, I would check with local businesses. Mylot does not pay a lot. Most people are here because they like it and it is something to do in your spare time. well it depends on how you are spending your time on here. If it has consumed your whole day and you are wasting time trying to earn a few bucks a month instead of doing more things productive then you are wasting your time on the internet. But if you have a serious income making investment in your time on here then you are being resourceful and making the income much needed these days to survive. I get on here when there is nothing else to do and if I am going to be on here then why not earn a few bucks a month instead of nothing.I have heard of a few people say that they are making a living on the internet but no one has proven it to me enough to seek it out as a profession. So until then it is for recreation and a way to earn a little extra money a month to help out where ever it can.

If I have something better to do I will go do what I need to, and not spend the day on MyLot, but if I am bored, MyLot is something to do. It also givs me an opportunity to think and meet new people, and make a ew bucks while I am at it. I'e managed to make a buck and a half every day, for the last week.

I don't think it's worthwhile sitting at home for hours on end just to make a few dollars but for me, right now I'm at work so in between calls I post here to pass the time and also the added bonus of making some money.

For me it is not really worth it to stay in front of the PC for many hours just to make a few dollars. I don't rely on making money from the Internet. Instead I am on here for the enjoyment of discussing things with others. The little bit of money I do make on here I just consider a bonus. The only online thing that makes me any money is MyLot, so I'm sorry to say I cannot help you find any other legit ways to make money online, though I do wish you luck!

Hi Alixander, I too have been looking for the same thing. I don't think there is much available unless one is a good writer. Being here on myLot is worth it for me, because I enjoy it and as I am retired it's something for me to do, even if I don't make much money. Blessings.

Thank you so much for bringing up this topic which helped me a lot too as I was following this from the beginning, and I must say that,it's true that it isn't too worth to sit all day by your PC for a few cents,but,by now,I guess you must have had a great insight to the fact that,mylot is not everything about what it pays directly to you for your posts,but,this is a place where you can put best use of having access to the Internet at your figer tips through learning about various online money making schemes and techniques,and if you have some patience,and the zeal to learn some new things,you can certainly get yourself a fair amount from the internet without investing almost nothing to start with; I think,everyone would agree with me,that Internet is a strong media these days which has enormous potential and can yield if properly put into use;

Nice topic... and a lot of nice answers. But for me, the best answer I got so far is that it really takes time to build your downline in order to achieve a decent earning money online. You also have to practice multi tasking. Anyhow... I would also like to take this chance to ask the experts.
