falling in love with the same gender sim

i played one time a few years ago and it seemed that the only person that i could have a decent conversation with was another female sim. after a few minutes it started offering choices of hug and kiss!! needless to say i found this very amusing and had to keep it going. i had the expansion pack that had the big heart shaped bed. they actually used it!!!!! we eventually got 'married' and all was well.
i wondered if anyone else has done this and does it work with 2 male sims too???

That has happened to my sim too. I've never seen it happen with 2 male sims, but I'm assuming that it could happen.

I have The Sims 2 for playstation 2 and it works that way there to. Male or Female. I don't really like that about the game, but what can you do? You can also marry different people on The Sims 2. It is kind of amusing sometimes, especially when someone is mad at you and you try to hug or kiss them.

i love trying to hug or kiss someone when they're mad at you. thats fun. my son has been playing lately. i think i'll start a sim for myself.
