My girlfriend has gained weight during the past few months. She would complain sometimes that she's getting fat. I would always tell her that it doesn't really matter to me but sometimes I can't help it but poke her soft tummy....

angelyka I like lechon baboy also but I only like the ones from Cebu. You can eat it without sauce because the meat is tasty as is.

In Filipino, we call this method of cooking "ihaw". I love chicken "inihaw" but when I am too lazy, I just use a turbo broiler to cook my chicken. How about you?

angelyka Yes it may not be appealing to those who are health buffs but trust me, you should really try eating it. And then maybe you'll change your mind and realize that all the cholesterol is worth it :P

angelyka I marinate my chicken for days. I want my chicken to be really tasty. I also put a lot of spices and sometimes I even use milk as a marinade.

angelyka I also like the vinegar and soy sauce dip but I prefer it with Crispy Pata. Sarap!
