My father passed away and had 2 properties. 1 was a tavern and home and the other was a home. He has a girlfriend who was on the deed. There was a second deed located and it wasnt stated who or what should happend to the business. On the first deed she is joint tenant with right of survivorship. The 2nd deed was dated 6 days later and doesnt state how the property is set up. I really dont know what to think because she stuck me with the funeral costs and she took all the properties over and wont let us even take his personal property. THis is all taking place in Michigan!! What would you do!!!!
