Shaving our legs

I have done that although not in some time thankfully. Now I have to use an electric razor due to my legs having numb areas. I'm too scared I'll do major damage and not realize right away. I don't need a blood letting I'm ditsy enough without loss of blood..

haha I have done this once my friend. I put lotion on my legs too after I shave, so just as well I realised what I did too.

Nope can't say that I have done that one. I have chopped my legs so badly that I cried when I put lotion on them afterwards. I now have an electric shaver. It doesn't do as great a job as a razor, but it is good enough.

LOL I have wondered why my legs were still like those of a bear before after I shaved them and then realised I did the exact same thing! My other half bought me a lovely pink ladyshave rechargeable so that he and my daughter can help me do my legs as I am just not capable of doing it myself right now! xxxx

Yup. Guilty as charged. Except I realised my mistake before I got out of the shower. I can't see without my contacts in, so my legs get shaved by feel. I'm not quite sure how you managed to think your legs were shaved? I can't draw up a mental picture. Maybe it's better that I don't_ What do you shave your legs with? Do you buy special shaving lotion? Or are you like me and use the soap?

That's hysterical. I haven't done that before, but I have gotten into the shower with the intent to shave and gotten out of the shower realizing that I completely forgot to shave.

That is just too funny. I just learned (this week, actually) how to use an electric razor on my legs. I have only cut myself once. I do not know how that is possible but I did it. LOL And yes, I have shaved my legs with the razor cap on before. I thought it was gliding too smoothly. LOL

Ha,ha,ha,ha, now that is very funny. No, I have never done that one before. But when I get out of the shower, I also put on lotion after shaving. I immediately know all the places that I have knicked myself, it starts to burn like crazy. Sometimes I just go ahead and use Nair. I figure it's the lazy way. But at least when I am done, I don't feel like I need to transfusion.

I rarely shave my legs. Guess that's one of the pluses to being blonde. Only time you really notice my hairy legs is if I've been working out in the yard/woods all day and the hairs are coated with dust. I'm a funny site then. White skin with black fuzzy hairs on arms/legs, with blond hair. lol

LOL. thats funny. what happened to me was worst...i shaved and went out of the shower. wear my mini skirt then when i got in the car my boyfriend noticed that i left a small portion at the back part of my left leg that i wasnt able to shave and reached...grrrr he had to buy me a razor at 7-11 and i shaved it in the car. good thing that my boyfriend and i have been with each other for a long time and i feel comfortable with him on anything..coz if that was our first date..yikes!! he probably got turned off hehehe

Oh no, you didn't realize the top was still on? I haven't done that, probably because I look and feel to see if I have shaved good enough, I would know right away I had not shaved..

LOL!!! Hi there TerryZ, I have done that too. LOL!! that is why I try and use Nair more often but I hate the smell and sometime it burns the legs. LOL!! But leg hair seems to stay away longer. I'm going to try Veet this summer. LOL!! I'll tell you how it works. LOL!!! I can't bring myself to waxing them. ouch.

LOL! No, I have never done that before but it is funny that you did! I use the cartridge razors so it would be impossible for me to not notice there was no razor on it. There are no covers. Oh...I did do a funny once though. Though I didn't think it was so funny at the time. I got out of the shower and was adding lotion and found that I only shaved one of my legs!

LOL! That has never happened to me before and I hope it never does. I hate shaving my legs. Too much work for results that don't last long enough. Fortunately, the older I get, the less and less hair I have growing on my legs and, in another decade or so, I will be like my mom and never have to shave. LOL!

LOL terry that sure seems like something I would do hehehehehe but I don't think I have ever done that one. I'm not off the hook, of course, there's plenty of time for me to do it, but it might be complicated because I like to use the schick intuition ones and It's easy to notice if the top is still on:)

I never shaved my legs and never will. i'm happy with my legs as it is :) Also, having unshaved legs here in Manila is not a biggie. Guess were not accustomed of about the shaving.

No, not that I know of. I use a shaving cream. I will smooth it on my legs and it will wipe off instantly. It is called Nair. I have been using this for 3 years now. I like it better than shaving my legs. I am getting tired of all the nicks and cuts... This is so much better.

That is so funny! I have never done that but when I was a little girl I thought that razors were just something "cool" that grownups did. I didn't really think they worked. Silly me. I decided to test my dad's razor on my eyebrow because that was the only other place I had hair besides my head. Well, Needless to say, I was brow less and quite embarrassed for some time!
