What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

As there are many people like to have coffee or tea when they wake up or some like to go to bathroom for a natures call or some like to take a walk in their treadmill,so whats the habit of yours after waking up in morning.

LaurenR I have the same routine every morning. Sit up, grab my cell, get out of bed and put my computer on. I get ready while it starts up, then I check my email and a few websites, grab breakfast and get to work. It's literally the same thing every morning.

LaurenR If it's a small hole then yes, I'll still wear them. If it's not then I definitely wouldn't wear them.

I almost never wear my favorite color...which is pink. I mostly wear pairs of dark blue jeans or black jeans and black shirts. i always wear black boots. I wear all different colored bags.

LaurenR Off the bat, physically attractive. People can't know that you're intelligent from across a room. However, looks can only get you so far. If you're not intelligent after the initial attraction, you're not going to get very far.

How much do you sleep?

LaurenR I usually sleep about 6 1/2 hours if not more. I can sometimes function on as little as 3.

LaurenR I get pain occasionally but not really. Personally I think it's because of the yoga and the meditation. It does wonders.
